Expenditures for Electronic Materials per capita, 1995-2002


Abstract

Expenditures for Electronic Materials show a curious pattern where the First and Fourth Quartile libraries, with the 95th percentile libraries exhibiting an increase in mean expenditures per capita with the Second and Third Quartile libraries declining. What is not clear is what effect consortia have on what we see here. They may well affect different sized libraries differently.
