Revision History for the PLDF2 Dataset

Tennessee only reported state summary data for 1989 so its data for 1989 were dropped. As a result, the new count of observations is now 128,289.

The dataset and references to it were changed from FSCS2 to PLDF2. FSCS is the whole Federal State Cooperative System program which includes data beyond this dataset alone. This set of data is from the Public Library Data File published by NCES under the FSCS. All ancillary files have been updated to reflect this change.

The error in the 1993-2001 financial information has been corrected. I made an error in the code looking for imputations by specifying '0' when I should have had ' 0' (that is, space 0).
