CAP Online Resource

The purpose of the CAP Online Resource is to provide a national online resource for individuals, policy makers, funding bodies, and others about all Community Access Points for information and technology in the U.S. and CAP-related Digital Divide initiatives. The short-term goal is to provide an online resource for getting the location and other available information (such as programs and services available) about Community Access Points, from existing electronic resources by January 2001. The long-term goal is to create and provide an accessible and usable online resource for and about all Community Access Points and related national and local CAP-related Digital Divide initiatives.
